Leadership Initiative

The Illinois State University Leadership Initiative program is intended to provide the opportunity for interested faculty and staff to develop their leadership potential while learning about issues in American higher education. The program typically consists of seven topical session through the fall and spring semesters, beginning in September and ending in April. Sessions will be designed to help cohort participants develop leadership skills, competencies, and decision-making strategies that facilitate organizational effectiveness across the campus community and beyond. Cohort members will be expected to actively engage in all program activities.
